Hiya
Thank you for your replies but my heater matrix is fine and I have plenty of air blowing into the car with plenty of heat, I just have a problem with the air/heat getting to the screen as I have said before.

Quick question for Shifty, have you brought anything from the company you have found for me to look at?

I once tried one of those electric heaters that you plug into a cigarette lighter, problem was it used too many amps and melted all the wiring! Got more heat off the electrics.

Ive seen in my dads GTM magazine some talk of fitting another more powerfull motor to the mini casing. They reconed it was so much more powerful they only re fitted 1 of the fans. I'll find it and scan it in if you like.

One of the Mini's fans is supposed to recirculate cabin air via that comedy plastic 1 way valve affair. might help to fully tape up any joins in the screen vents and stick them to the dash rail.

From what I can see you could still fit both fans, they just chose to only install one in the article

The article says you can install a Ford Sierra fan and it will increase the air moved from 2.8 m3 to 4 m3. Hope this is of some use to someone, I'm quite tempted to get hold of a Sierra fan and give it a go :)
