i only want a 750 ans it will have proper tyres and the rear will be wider then that

All depends what he want to use it for, i wouldnt bother with a diff it it was just for playing about in.

You Wont be able to find an Apex or hold a racing line with your current plan, but it will be quick

I'm sure that there are carts that are wider than that one, crtainly there are ones with bigger wheels which i reckon is a good idea.
obviously it will be a boit of a hand full but thats the fun!!

also you will need to think about hte gearing, as there will be a massive change due to the rolling radius of the wheels, I can see you ending up with a top speed of 40 at 10000 rpm.
If you measure up the tyre circumferences or diameters and count the teeth on the sprockets i'll work it out for you if you want.

well i have played with the electrics for another day now but got a plug spanner today and there is no spark to the plugs but it gets to the coil so i have to sort that i will get the kart and upload pics when i can it will be for muckin about in and maybe hillclimbin and show (off) use.
