rite!!i have been lookin for a red hot so i can match my jet black and it together an hav replicas of each other in reverse colors!!so this would mean roll cages, harnesses, buckets etc. all the same!!

well i hav found a mini for sale with a black roll cage in!!this would be ideal as i want a black cage in the red hot to keep the color schemes!!

now!!!
do i 1. Buy the random black mini and spray it to be a "Red Hot" with new decals??

or

2. Keep looking out for a real Red Hot and put my own cage in it?? an start from scratch!

I think it depends on how much you want a real Red Hot :erm:

Do you want a Red Hot or would you be happy with a replica?

I say wait.

Nothing less than the real thing will do, ol' buddy. After all, you're aiming for the pair, right? Well, if one's a "fake", it spoils the whole thing. Patience! You've still got one fine mini to work on

Fine as long as you have the patience, they only made 1000 of them, and a lot of rust can grow in 17 years.....
Good luck with it mate sounds a cracking idea

Yes miniman5 or you could go and by a 1985 city, pull the arches off, spray it almond green and put a mk1 grille on and call it a 1960's cooper s.

You're plan is good mate but i think most of us wouldn't be happy without a 'real' red hot.

Although you do get a lot of general cooper look-a-likes a think with a jet black/red hot thing, you'd need a real red hot.

lookin at your profile steve, your only 17....

so unless your disgustingly rich, have you thought about just how much its going to cost you?

you have a mint mini now, but im sure theres still stuff you can buy for it/needs doing to it!

ive spent over 6k on mine, and i can think of £500's worth of stuff i need for it STRAIGHT away!

id rather have one MINT mini than a pair of colour coded average minis....

invest the cash into your current mini mate! itll be better in teh long run :)

you dont need another :dontgetit: not just yet
