not much space on mine although its a little more involved fitting one like this and if you don't like chopping big holes in your min forget it! Plus if i put anything in the boot it ruins the sound (although clothing is okay).

if its just a 12'' in a box then it'll take up pretty much all you're boot, your spare will have to go somewhere else if its an alloy, steelies fit under the box though

Depends entirely on the sub and its application, most ported boxes will be bigger in volume than a sealed one plus different subs need different size boxes to perform at their best.

You are gonna lose most if not all of your bootspace if you use a sub in an enclosure.

well......my boot boards only fit a 10inch sub, as i think thats all you need in a mini perosnally, and it fits nicely.....meaning you can still have storage space! (see below.)

however i am developing a 12inch sub box boot board set with no stoarage space!

Roberts. Surely you can design a box to fit a 12" like your 10" box...
VIBE have a sub called the "FLI" and its a sideways sub. and it fits in the Mini boot.

those FLI subs are awful, i dont rate them at all

ive even had people bringing them back to me wanting a re-fund because of how they sound

3 people and counting...

as for the space thing, as i said, you will lose most of your boot space with the average normal 12'' sub box, 10'' boxes are slightly smaller in volume but take up almost as much room

thats a neat idea roberts, does it sound any good? is there much vibration from all that flat MDF?

My washer bottles in my bay anyway!

I only put the max poo stickers in because they're on union jacks! :)

I don't have the sub in the boot anymore because it sounded carp. If i'd have built an airtight fibreglass enclosure where it is at the mo it would have been better! (i just didn't have the guts to try fibreglassing!
