dont forget to remove the triangle gussets that are welded to crossmember in the engine bay and inner wings, on the clubman front these are different.
so to fit the bullnose you need them from the MPI

wood kit cost around £600 . anyone know what i should treat it with ?? i was thinking about using a boat varnish.

If you want to make sure the wood stays rot free get down to your local Chandlers ( boat shop ) and ask about West System Epoxy resin! 2pack

I use it on all of my boats its brilliant. nut if you want a varnish. You'll need Internaitonal 2-pack varnish (again from a chandlers) normal 'yacht' varnish in the shops is cack and fails due to UV i.e the sun.

Hi..A little advice from a Tradesman use PV67 sealer ansd PV67 gloss varnish this is a 2pk varnish and coat frame with sealer and then use a fine 320 grit s/paper then 3 coats varnish and then fit to estate.........this will last longer than Polyurathane..............good luck and looks stunning............... ^_^
