it fully depends on the car but the haynes says 2 bar=29 psi so it should be around that. Im sure other members run all sorts of pressures it has been talked about before and there was quite a difference

well, your running 12's from the pic so they should be at 30 psi, you can get a tool, its like a pen, you take the dust cover off and press it over where you put the pump onto and a little thing will pop out with a number and thats your tyre dresure!

deary me! what station is that?, we go to shell because its free :P that gives you a little reading, i get confused with it though, i supose foot pumps are the best, keep you fit while you pump the tyres up, mine was a cheap one and it flopprd all over the place so i smashed it to bits! ask miniman!

Beware of petrol station air pumps ... they are unreliable ... unless you just use the pump and check the pressure with your own gauge which you know is accurate

There are not many accurate wyas of knowing your tyre pressure....
I have heard even those little gauges you press onto the valve can be about 15-20% out! If they are about 30psi then they will be fine!
The 4.5x12s is the size of your wheel, 4.5 inches thick and 12 inches diameter
Bungles are thicker than yours, 6inches thick!
