Heya guys I have just recently had a water leak and found out my radiator has corroded away and has a hole in it, I noticed alot of people seem to think the 2 core one is really good:

http://www.minispare.....HI PERFORMA...

It mentions in the description it made need some modifications, does anyone know what sort of mods they had to make?

I have a 1994 mini sprite if that helps in anyway with ref. to the modifications

My mini has been quite heavily modified would a standard 3 core be sufficient do you think?

That 2 core rad would do the job, plus it's got the hole for the auxiliary cooling fan sensor as fitted to your Sprite (I believe their screw in now instead, so you may want to buy the sensor too?)

The mod relates to MKI/II Minis, so it doesn't apply to you.

I dunno it's like a full time job here? LOL

Here you go, but check with Mini Spares that it's the right one for the rad you buy (i.e. screw in and not push in): -

edit, I think this is the older push in type which won't be suitable with the new Mini Spares rads.

But hang on I've found this link: -

http://www.minispare......SENDER SWIT...

So one should already be fitted?

Double check when ordering, but this is the correct new type screw in one.
