Im finding myself having to do alot of motorway miles at the moment, and the R1 set up is great for all day driving on A and B roads, but not for long journeys on motorways, so i think im going to have to sell the promotive kit, and maybe the mini dependant on what i think its realistic for me at the moment

I will be very sad to see the kit go, and even sadder if the mini has to go too.

That's sad Alex, I didn't know you had a kit as well.... or are you going to take the kit out of your mini and convert it back to an A series?

I agree, Just get an mpi mini for trips on motorways. I use my cooper sport 500 s works every day and just use the gt when the weather is good. You will regret it if you sell it man!

I do have a superb spi engine with all ancillaries in a subframe ready to fit, I'll do a swap for you

I think Alex needs the money sorry Roofless, Sex-change operations don't come cheap(apparantly)

By all accounts now he's a complete girl he can't operate the cluch properly in his/her heels, hence the sale.

to be honest he/she's lucky as Alex can also be a girls name, saves some form filling.

thats a shame mate but I know how you feel, i did a few runs too and from aylesbury in mine up and down the m40 and to be honest it wasnt fair on her........but I had some fun with some peeps who thought they could outrun me hehehehe
