Replaced the front teardrop mounts yesterday,on removal found the nearside had 2 spacer shims but the offside had none.Is this normal/unusual?

this is normalish some times just depends if the panels are slightly out of shape just makes it all line up a bit better.
if its not the original subframe and a pattern part some1 might have but shimes in there same goes for the front panel.

this is perfectly normal, it was a common practice by rover in an attempt to get the fit right
any shims found should be put back in the same place
