I've just got my first mini recently :w00t: and i'm planning to change a lot of things on it. Anyway, i thought i'd post a pic up before i go on holiday tomorrow (yay) and when i get back some jobs will be started. Other jobs will have to wait (these being the ones that cost lots of $$$) :nugget: . Anyway, here you go...

I've been thinking for a while (whilst on holiday) and now i'm thinking of going for miglia arches instead with the 13 x 7s.....

Tomorrow:

Going to Huddersfield to get gaz (lowered) dampers and hi-los, choke cable, top and bottom hose, bushes and tie rods (i think)....

What i was wonderin was... if i replace the tie rods and suspension, what bushes should i replace???

Cheers !!

drop the radius arm as far as you can go and hit it with a big mallet!
that's what I did to the old subframe! some times they get really stuck in there!

there was a suggestion a while ago about smashing it into a tree untill it falls off, a far safe way would be to soak it with WD40 and try and leaver it apart, they are a real bugger to get apart.

well i got the trumpet off eventually with the help of the angle grinder (wonderful tool !!! lol!!!) and i've found the ones are pretty much unusable... sooooo... im gonna either get new cones from minispares in harrogate (125 quid - car set) because i might as well do em all... or should i ut the coil spring conversion kit from huddersfield spares which is only 200..... do i need the springs???? i mean, i've got the cash... so should i do the springs or cones???

help please! cheers!
