cheapest quote on confused

£2,582.70 with £550 excess ;)

forget confused.com, its only useful to get standard car insurance!! Go to a specialist and look at limited mileage etc! Will bring the quote down massively!

Do it, but get an original 1.9....they're supposedly the best!

Nah, I had a 1.9 GTi and the 'box was pap pap!

I'd say go for a 1.6 with no sunroof, get it rally prep'd and you're laughing. The engine's basically the same anyway (well, it is the same apart from the crank really). The 1.9's a longer stroke crank and yup, it's more torquey, but I always had more fun driving a 1.6 engined one! ;)

I'd get another one if the missus would let me!
