hey,

from a tmf point of view I'd tell people to request that calendar by a certain date, and pay in advance, then you'll get them the cheapest price for what they get. aim it right and you'll have a set custom base for next year.

Yeah I was going to do that Dave, not only to collect the money and to make sure this doesn't drag on, but to save me multiple trips to the printers as well.

I'm trying to get a printed one sorted, fingers crossed I'll have a price by tomorrow evening!
