Any one have a template or diagram for cutting door cards?

Just copy the old ones, buy of ebay, get cheap enough

dont have any old ones car came with out them have the material so might as well make them have done before but had an old one to copy off last time

thanks but still want to make my own if no one has a diagram or tamplate ill just pull the ones out of my other car and it from them but dont really want to do that if i can avoid it

im making some door cards of my own as the old ones are no good, but i have old ones to draw round, what do you need for a template and ill see if i can help

id personally suggest copy the other ones or buy a cheap seat off ebay, untill someone draws round a set of door cards and makes them into a downloadable file or something then this will probably be your only option

I have been wanting to make some door cards for a while now, as i am gonna be machining them i will have to make a technical drawing for it. When i get access to my mini i will do the template and put it up on here. I am also gonna machine other bits (dash, consols, etc) and will stick them up on here.

I know there are templates on here but there are many, and they all vary.

Will keep you all posted.

It's just a rectangle,.. get a tape measure and take dimensions from the door. I'd be more comfortable making a door card from a set of measurements i know are correct than trusting a Template.

Just an observation:

There are changes in the door cards, dependent on age/model.

No-one, above, has specified which Mini they want it for.
