Was it not designed by Ferdinand Porsche on the instruction from Hitler to build a 'Peoples car'

I think it was due to the Cobra being driven up the M1 at about 120 mph, that some tramsport minister introduced the 70 mph limit



Oh, and wasn't Saab the first car maker to have the first turbo on a production car?
