looks like an aftermarket leather conversion, don't think any mini had that colour piping on the seats!

Ah well that could have been on the options list as a friend had a mayfair with the leather door and seats as optional extras.......to find out get in touch with Gaydon and give then engine and chassis NO:s and they will tell when and what condition and extras it had when it left the factory.............. :thumbsup:very nice.............

according to newton commercial those seats where fitted between 1993-1995 but would normally come in velour (which mine are) so id say theyve either been recovered or as mentioned above as an optional extra.

Mine in a 94' car as was fitted with a webasto tilt and slide (winder type) glass sunroof ive only ever seen one other car fitted with one (and that was the electric version)

Its not a Mayfair! And the optional Mayfair leather trim didn't have that colour piping on the seats or two tone door cards!

Those are SPi seats as the handles on the seat backs are on the inside, MPi seats had the handles on the outside, and his are on the inside!

The door cards on Mayfairs and SPi's were never two tone, and had the stitching running horizontal not verticle.

It looks like the original seats which have been retrimmed with leather seat covers. Replacement door cards.
