Unknown Bolt After Rebuild Please Help Identify

Stage One Kit Fitted

I have this bolt and washer with a lip on it sitting on my workbench after i rebuilt my engine. If any of you could identify it I would apppreciate it greatly.

should have a nut and washer too for that and it goes through the gearbox/engine by the flywheel housing on the rear of the engine

Yep - as Minidaves says - engine to gearbox bolt - it goes through one of the locating dowels.
