what would i need to do to get a pair of 10x6 wheels to fill miglias

Big spacers, which is not reccomended at all.

what arches would fit them but still look widish

I think you're going about this the wrong way, personally, I think your car will look wider if you have arches that only just cover your wheels.

An over arched car looks daft.
An under arched car breaks the law.
A perfectly arched car looks amazing and keeps you away from the boys in blue.
