hi,
the off side caliper has started to seize and so is getting stuck on while im driving causing the car to pull to the right and also (more annoyingly) waste tons of fuel.
i dont have time to get a new or 2nd hand caliper this weekend so is there anything i can do to free it off without damaging the seals?
thanks.

A quick fix until you replace the seals and probably pistons.
Is to remove the caliper leave the hose connected.remove pads push out the pistons so they are most of the way out but not all..use some fine wet and dry or emery cloth and clean them up..spray some wd40 on the pistons.
Clean up all the moving metal parts, use copper grease on any moving metal parts.
rebuild
