Ad I guess removing the shock from the radius arm is easy peezy?

You may need to undo the nuts at both end to get enough play to get it off the pin at the bottom. On the passenger side that involves moving the petrol tank. With the shocker out of the way the suspension can be just lifted out, separate the Hi-lo from the rubber cone and withdraw the Hi-lo. Be careful to keep the knuckle joint clean if you want to reuse it without needing more of the special grease.

FIXED!
Dead easy really, thanks everyone. The car no longer bottoms out on fast corners!!

Now, the clutch ;)
