Stick to Minisports ajuster rides as HI-los will need a hole drilled in rear valance to ajust them where ajuster rides just use a large spanner and if and when you come to fit them(ajuster rides) do both nuts up and then using a center punch, punch outter nut on a flat, and punch opp on ally cone then this makes it eaiser to count when you ajust the hight 3 full turns equals std ride hight............. :D

The Hilos use a large spanner too. At least the last two sets I bought did.

or alternatavely(sp) you could fit coil springs instead of doughnuts, new decent shock absorbers and hi-lo`s
i havent tested mine yet but im sure they will be oh so much smoother than the old stuff
my set up is;
huddersfeild spares red coilsprings all round,
cheap hi-lo`s all round + new knuckle joints,
gaz lowered height adjustable shocks
tons of grease over every moving part and although they probably wont make adifference to ride comfort
full adjustable geometry kit with poly bushes.

trust me you'll need loads of grease to make those springs run silent - the bang about if its not setup right.
