what a load of crap. Just dont rag or rev it your car in front of a police car and you wont get pulled. Why worry about it unless you have a stupid exhust anyway like a chav. I dont think noraml police officers really care about it and if they do. Well its got to be the traffic cops who are nobs in jobs. ie the office program
