Norway sounds good to me I shall look forward to seeing the fjords! Although I would prefer to head South to the sun if possible please. Now that's an idea......... how about a trip around the world; Brands Hatch to Brands Hatch via all of the racing circuits world wide.
We too have sat nat, maps and a good navigator.
Many thanks Racing Green for the information about the road numbers. Do try and meet us at Namur, it will be good to meet you.

Are you rich Jammy? If so then its a deal! I'm making preparations already in my head.
There are the guys doing the run to Mongolia in a Mini soon - that sounds interesting.
I'm sure we could make a DVD or get the BBC to join us - Charley Boorman and Ewan McGregor did the trip on their bikes and it looked Great!
Sorry I don't want to change the theme of this thread but had to reply to Jammy!

I am up for any trip which takes me and my mini to some far away place - preferably with sunshine! I would love to do a run to another track somewhere in Europe next year, but it would be great if it could start and end during the school holidays - my daughter is very upset that she cannot come with me to Nurburgring!

I think we should start a new thread concerning this topic and go on from there!
I will ask if these last few comments can be moved so we can continue our discussion. See you in the new thread!
Don't know what the new title will be yet.

For those interested to go to a (rather small) racing circuit in France september 17-18, where a mini-meeting will be held and where you ca participate a 4hour race or just enjoy the mini's and trade-stands:

[edit: now I see there's allready a tread about that]
I'm seriously considdering to go there.
For those of you who want to travel long distances to the sun, I hope you went to the IMM in Spain 'cause if you're talking about nice weather and a mud-free IMM, that surely was one !
I was looking for the tread with the map24 description for the Nürnburgtrip but I can't find it no more..will search some more..
