I've got GAZ adjustables on both front and rear and have all on as soft as they will go. We did try other settings, but got trapped in a kangaroo trip up one road that had regular marks on the road!! (great fun but felt sick after a few minutes).

LOL i feel sick now, just driven 20 miles with them set on 16 at the rear and 20 on the front. Think i am going to put them on there softest setting from now on.

Sorry to go off your question, but ive got some monroe shocks on the rear and some gmax supersport VA on the front, they are both brand new and are riding really high as they havent been broken in yet. My question is are they adjustable as i bought them already on the car and dont have a clue?

Thanks for any help

is there any way of telling how you are at the maximum you can go with softness and stiffness or will the adjusting wheels just keep turning?
And also, is there a point where you are at the middle, i'm scared to go turning them to much and i just wanted to know if there are distinctive points!
many thanks

On gaz adjustables the adjusting knob will stop when you reach maximum and minimum.

Also the shock absorbers do not control ride height, this is controlled by the rubber cones and suspension turrets, if you want to get it to sit lower you need to change the turrets for adjustable 'hi-lo's'

When I got mine, everyone else seemed to have them at 8 front 10 rear.

I messed around with my shocks for ages and ages, and then put them to the above, and its not too bad.

Mine is a daily driver, on crappy roads around Leicester,, sometimes its a little harsh, but doesn't roll around in the corners too much either.

start from the softest setting and count the clicks!

As a general rule the softest setting will be the same as standard shocks
