On a 1098cc engine with minor fiddling done.
Currently has a stage one backbox but would a motorbike one fit and work, e.g. have enough back pressure blah blah?

Edit: and any pics?

Am I correct in thinking that with a normal car engine it will actually lose power by doing this?

i do also have a scorpion race can which i'm looking to fit(e marked so i might get away with it). to get the back pressure on that i'm going to have to put a couple of bends in the pipe.

just try and get one that matches the bore of your link pipe.

Mini_boy_ian had (think he was selling it) a Vauxhall engined mini with bike cans. Hopefully he won't mind me popping this on, but just looks amazing :) !

The infamous 'Pinkle' has one i'm pretty sure aswell, a single where the can exits parallel to the rear valence, can't find a pic though *shuffles through old magazines*

Always wanted to do this too, still do, just toying with the idea of just going for it :w00t: !

The infamous 'Pinkle'

:P

yeah mines got a termignoni carbon ducati pipe off a 748 but they are not cheap (perks of mates who can't keep bikes upright) but i think a stock duke pipe would still look good. it went straight on no pain in the rear pipe bending needed just went on the link pipe and the original ducati fixings screwed straight into the rear valence.

4 stroke engines don't need back pressure.

Looks great, did it just join straight to the link pipe? Is the link pipe a 2'' or a 1 7/8''?

Anyone have some vids of a car running with a bike can? >_<

Would any of these work guys?

Too stubby?

I have no real preference other than an attractive exhaust with a nice note. These all seem to be off 600cc bikes, that okay? and is the link pipe connection a standard size that would fit a stage one 1275 exhaust?
