i found it probably needs an extra tablespoon of sugar, but apart from that.. its all good!

its all good :D. it only took five mins too, so no hour of making a proper cake only for it to be pilfered by everone else.

4 Tablespoons cake flour
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1 Egg
3 Tablespoons milk
3 Tablespoons oil
1 Mug


Instructions:

Mix flour, sugar and cocoa:

Spoon in 1 egg

Pour in milk and oil, and mix well

Put in microwave for 3 minutes on maximum power (1000watt)

Wait until it stops rising and sets in the mug

Tip contents out of mug onto saucer and enjoy!


What is 'cake flour'? :D

ahhh we always do that here... we make 5 min teacle pudding tho.

about 2 spoonfuls of treacle in the bottom of the bowl followed by the cake mix, 5 mins in the microwave and hey presto!!

I think you need to put in some cornstarch I found a way to make it from plain flower!

There is either self raising flour or plain flour (with a tsp of baking powder)
