right, i love deep heat, brill stuff.
but, im getting fed up of it itching. its really itchy, works a treat. but yeah.

so does anyone know of any alternatives to deep heat?

random i know but worth a try(?)

Tiger Balm. Contains opiates though, so be very careful as it can send you a bit spacey @_@

Ralgex.

Rosemary Oil in your bath water.

Radox bath salts.

Was going to suggest Tiger Balm.
I personally believe that a lot of the goodness comes from the gentle massage that it requires...

But also, Deep Freeze.

if so, is the red one or white one better?
one of my climbing mates had it . . . and he was on about redc and white. . . i think haha

last time i went proper hiking (KILIMANJARO) i got the muscle rub from wilko i think it was anyway its green and smells so nice! its amazing stuff! works reali well!

edit: its made by bells aparently, available in wilkinsons in red tube!!

Warm down with this: Bells Muscle Rub - a brilliant warming product to stop aches and pains cause by over working at the gym

Red Tiger Balm is the stronger, but for heaven's sake wash your hands after use. I know I gent who didn't and spent several hours with something very sensitive wrapped in cold, damp cloths! lol!!

And be aware that it will stain your clothes, so wear something you don't care about :)

I do think that it depends on who's doing the rubbing and where, but all digital stimulation is good to get the blood flowing - I'm reliably informed :)

But you can't beat a hot Radox bath to soothe your aches and pains - but it might be a tad tricky up Kilimanjaro! Tiger Balm's a lot more practical.

its for about and about haha, dont think i will be taking a back pack with a bath in about with me.

haha.
i might invest in some bath salts to then!
just for info.
do alot of cycling and climbing, and have a fair share of ongoing muscualar (spelling) aches and pains.
