Back in my pharmacy days several lil oldies used to swear by white liniment (I nearly threw them out the shop, the language was terrible), Ellimans used to make one version of it but there are cheap generics too.

if you want the best then use this, i'm a landscaper and regularly suffer aches and pains. this cream just makes them disappear. with my mum working at a health store, i have tried many different types from the well known brands right down to the homemade type remedys, and none of the are a patch on this product. it may not be the cheapest but you only need a little.

any thanks.
im 16 now, and thanks to my dad i have done climbing since i was. . . well put it this way, i went up a clif before i could walk.
in one of them baby carry things (dont worrie it was a special climbing one) on my dads mates back haha!
and cycling is a newer one, i have been able to ride a bike since i can remember. i usto ride mountain bikes lots. but i have moved onto road bikes, and doing about 70 miles a week, and every few weekends we do a big one :)

My brother put deep heat on top of inside of his leg he was rolling around in pain LOL was so funny to watch.

Tiger Balm smells SOOO nice

My brother once said to me to have a hot steamy bath and then put deep heat on :D Im glad I wasnt as stupid as he thought I was!

I love deep heat.

What about getting a nice massage :genius:
