You will find it difficult to hire a classic Mini but should be able to find a MINI to hire. Beaulieu show always has lots of new MINI's on display as the Mini Cooper Register who organise Beaulieu welcome ALL Mini's so no problem there. The MCR member who runs the Beaulieu Cooper Day is also a keen MINI and Mini owner and enthusiast. :)

Cheers for the heads up, looking forward to seeing all the Minis / MINIs / mini skirts / Mini-Me impersonators / mini golf... :)

Is this the same weekend as the poole meet on the friday then? A couple of years ago I did both and stayed in the New Forest for the weekend...... If its the same weekend this year too, I might do the same again! It was a great weekend :D

Yep certainly is, the official name is Mini magic " Quay for my car" starts at 6pm 12 June. 35-40mins drive from Poole to Beaulieu. Hollands Wood campsite in (Brockenhurst, New Forest) is very popular with Mini eventers as it's only a ten minute drive across to Beaulieu. Cracking Mini road from Brockenhurst to Beaulieu if you know what I mean:.)!!

Ooooh I might camp in Brock and drive! that's a great idea. Makes the ferry cost a bit more worthwhile too. See what the misus says :P hehe.

Noob question but are there shop stalls at the show? Looking for some parts for my Mini K rebuild. Wheels that are a bit different and what have you...get them shipped back to Oz so they arrive when I get back >_<
