I actually dressed up as an elf for a school christmas fete about 20 years ago, might even dig out and scan the picture.

Well if all it took was enthusiasm, you'll have already made a mint!

Some boringly practical considerations:

I can imagine a fair few potential customers, mostly blokes, although being very keen to have half a dozen lovelies on their wall being not so eager to display a piccy of some other blokes hairy posterior 'n be open to having nasturtiums cast over their sexuality - if you printed 2 or 3 months worth of dates with each piccy it could be a useful compromise. You also need a cover piccy - I love this, if there's an arty TMF'er who could knock up an au naturelle cartoon version I reckon it would be ideal.
