here is a thought, not sure if it will wok, but once the dates are finalized, and people hae been sorted into groups, we could group book some rooms for those who need it, might be cheaper then as well, and then every one can convoy down???

i am coming up from plymouth, dont mind convoying with people. Wont need a hotel tho as i will stay with my dad and he only lives 24 miles away.

LOL - Roo Juju has altered the dates as a lot of us are doing SMD - you can't get out of it that easily!!

BUt seems like it is picking up momentum, will be somethign to be proud of as I believe all proceeds are going to charity

think i saw in the paper that travel lodge or premier lodge are doing rooms for £29 at the mo

I know that Git thinks this is a good idea, any other takers??? cause then i can see if it will happen (wont work if just booking two!!! ), other than that my other suggestion would be to share rooms to make it cheaper

I might be interested if the price is right, would be a good chance to meet everyone. don't think anyone is convoying from the southwest tho?

the idea is for any one needing to stay over for the night, as for the convoy, i was talking about from the hotel to the photo shoot location.

i would have to stay over night, my dad is 24 miles down the road from the shoot, and it could be cheaper than the fuel to drive there and back if it is busy. Convoying from the hotel to the shoot, sounds good, we could all get lost together
