what about each pic as a pair, so a guy and a girl in each, 11 guys, 11 girls total? and a huge group shot with the mini's for december?

That could work assuming there are boys & girls that are happy to be in the buff with each other.

But then you also need to involve the ladies what like ladies best and boys that like boys best to avoid discrimination.

Bu I am happy to do 2 calendars or 1 calendar of mixed. I obviously bagsie JuJu as my modelling partner

I vote for JuJu or Bean.

As Bean will have to take shots and therefore deal with models and she needs to be comfortable with the them.
