When I receive a notification email from TMF such as “lchris21 has just posted a reply to a topic that you have subscribed to titled "Welding Door Step Repair Piece To Bodyside"” Thunderbird brings up a notification window. Unfortunately the maximum number of letters allowed shortens this useful message to “lchris21 has just posted a reply to a topic that you have subscribed to titled”
If the first line of the notification email was re-worded to “lchris21 has posted a reply to the "Welding Door Step Repair Piece To Bodyside" topic” my Thunderbird notification would tell me all I need to know without having to bring up an email window.
Does anyone alse think this would be usefull?

Just noticed that the email notification has reverted to it's original enigmatic format.
Is this a deliberate decision or simply an oversight?
