Well as soon as I put them on you could totally tell the difference in handling, as it turns better and spins up faster than my old sportspack. As for bearings and ball joints, I have to still change mine as I've had some problems with drivers side bearing, but it wasn't the fault of the Cooper S Reps, I had the problems before I put them on.
I really have nothing but good things to say about the alloys. I need to change all bits that are wrong with steering etc before one can give a proper evaluation. I's say 13's eat up more ball joints and have more steering problems though! OH and the ride is much improved over 13's!
Pretty much what he said, I never had any problems with wheel bearings or ball joints.
Handing, ride comfort, grip and steering weight while stationary were all improved with these wheels.
I really can't find anything to fault with these wheels. They may wear down wheel bearings quicker then normal wheels but certainly not any faster then some big and heavy 13" wheels.
Ok, cheers u all for the infos, i think this may be interest not only to me but to other members too:)
