what's the point of having all that power if you can't put it down without going into a hedge?

it has got a V8, this one one its its first trials, far from a noob im affraid, you try getting a 3.5l rover V8 into the front of a mini

Yeah, what a noob, I mean having all that engineering talent and skill too fit such a large and powerfull engine into a mini, jeese.

I'm having trouble figuring out why he made if a FF setup.... surely a FR or even an RR setup would be muuucchh easier to drive...

I actualy think it is FR, you can see the front lifting right up when he accelerates.

Oh, just the caption mentions torque-steer, it seems logical that a v8 through the front wheels could make that much torque steer, especially when you think how much the stock 998cc makes...

Thats spags (or was) google "Spagweb" you will find the build

Its transversly mounted V8, amazing he got it in, but he didnt pay any attention to the geometry when making his frame and the result was when power on and the front lifts the front wheels point at each other(bumpsteer) massivly thus making it *poop poop* to drive. Notning to do with if he can handle it

I think that they tried to address this issue but i dont know the outcome.
