International Mini Meet 2009 Official Thread

Gibba is helping to organise this event and I will be helping out as well.
This is set to be one of the best mini shows of the year! After speaking to the organisers of the event, we are able to have as many mini's as we like at the TMF campsite for those who would like to come and stay the duration.
There will be a mini 50 TMF stand in which 3 cars ONLY will be able to go on show for the event and represent The Mini Forum. This will be done fairly so anyone who would like to have the opportunity to show their mini on the TMF stand (no matter what condition), please email Gibba who will keep your details on file and then there will be a draw to see who the 3 people on the stand will be and each person will be notified accordingly.
With this event however all application forms & funds need to be sent off all at one time on behalf of TMF. The closing date for the application form to reach the event organisers is 1st June so I will be setting a deadline of details and funds to TMF members as Sunday 24th May which will give us enough time to process all applicants and details etc.
People who are interested, please add your name on the thread (in a list), I will then update this post o the thread with who is going/ who has paid etc. You will then be contacted individually as details will be required from you for the group application form.
COST
The cost of the IMM 2009 will be:
Adults: £55
Children aged 6-12 years: £25
Children under 6 years of age: Free of charge.

if you want to come into the show as a day visitors, day visitors are allowed onto the site to visit the Mini 50 event on Saturday
and Sunday
These visitors will not be allowed into the IMM2009 village.
They will not be allowed into the entertainments in the main marquees in the evening.
All day visitors will have to vacate the site at approx 6.00pm.
There will be a coloured wrist band system in operation for IMM visitors which will
allow them to visit both IMM 2009 and Mini 50 events, and a different colour wrist band
for visitors to the Mini 50 event.
Security personnel will be instructed to politely ask people to vacate the site if they
have the incorrect coloured wrist band after 6.00pm.
the price for a day visitor is £12 a day
