i really wasnt expecting much of a reply to this,
my dad called up the dvla today and they said i need to send of the V890 form and send with it a cover letter
(this is for the rio)
i am going to call up and sort the sprite out as soon as i can,
i didnt want matters to be confused on the phone asking about 2 different situations

the sprite might be more difficult as it was bought from a firend

the cars were both unroadworthy when i got them and so were transported by trailer and didnt touch a road
or even start up, seen as the engine for the rio was on a sac barrow
and the sprite didnt have a battery

unfortunatly i would struggle to answer everyones questions and queries so i will thank you all as a whole for your response and i will post my results for everybody to see
