Well it's been a while....

Today got a phone call from Wilwood UK, my rear Calipers are finished. These ally 4 pots have a Mechanical
handbrake mech integral, and only wieght 1.5 KGS each......

Been looking at the new OZ Super Leggera Light wieght wheels. A 7x15 wieght 5kgs, looking a good bet at the moment. The split rims would be great to get the offset perfect but the lightest version Image do wieghts 8.2 kgs, thats over 12kgs on the unsprung wieght, so no real choice....

Going to the National Kit Car Show at Stoniegh this weekend, best place to pick up some Locost rear arches, which will be the base of all 4 corners. Gives me something to start from...

Are they to your own design or are they a replica of an existing item?
I guessing they're not gonna fit mini hubs.

It's a new design that they had at the Autosport Show in Jan, but they hadn't finshed there testing period ect. A few of us put an order in for 4 sets and they've only just got them ready for delivery....
They where just what I was looking for so was thrilled when I say them....

Now just have to wait for some one to make a DTM Replica Kit for a Mini.... Or is that just wishfull thinking....

Have finaly figured out how to get round the Power consumption problem...
The Busa only Has 29 Amps output from the alternator. Was looking at the TTS Supercharger
last night, and I didn't realise they do a Belt driven version :geek: :dozing: :xxx:

I could drive a Normal Alternator with that belt..... So phoned them today and even though
they hadn't herd of anyone doing that before, they said that would not be a problem.. There coming up
with a price for just the belt drive system as we speak....

http://www.tts-perfo...7038afe3fa7ace8

Click on the Picture to see the belt driven Supercharger......

Now I can run a In-Tank Suction Fuel pump, into a Swirl Pot then a Second High pressure Pump
out of that.... Better than having just one....

I love the days I find a Great solution to a New Problem.......

Now I'm no PC Nut but we finaly got the dash to read all the engine Temps pressures etc on the Fly..... Great once working but a real heaache when they don't.....

I saw a GSX-R 1000 with a supercharger on when I was at TTS the other day. The conversion looked very very nice. Very tidy. They'd just been setting it up when I got there......... apparently 200bhp at the wheel!!!!!!! :geek:
