Fibreglass Bonnet "scoop"

Hi there
How did you cut the scoop on the fibreglass bonnet so it fits above the gas tank? Or did you remould it toward so it will fit front of tank?

stig is a long term member in this forum, he has worked with chris at Z cars very specifically on GRP bodies. He may not have had direct input to these bonnets, I just dont know, but I'm sure he will be able to guide you further.

I used a 4" angle grinder (with stainless steel cutting disc) and will add strength to the lip by fixing an angled peice of ali to it that sits flush with the tank top.
