Carpets are coming well I think.. Not as easy as they look.

And the finish date.. before my test I hope. Which is 5 weeks.

Maybe harder than it looks, but my god carpets can really make a mini look really tidy.

Well jack havent been on the forum for a while after getting a virus off here :angry2: but just looked at your pics and got to say im impressed i wasnt so convinced on such a classic colour on an extensively altered shell but after looking a few times now i think it does work and gives the look of it being done in the 60's

now one part you know im gonna ask now its nearing completion, whats it ended up costing? PM me if you dont want to say on here

good luck with finnishing whats left although youve done the hard parts now apart from getting a good insurance deal that it is :'(

I dont *think* insurance will be too bad. HIC sponsored that 'orrible orange one that was fully deseamed and had a zeemax kit on it with a 998. The iea was that they would insure anyone, young or old to drive a car that heavily modded. At least thats the impression I got.

Funny how they did that car to promote insurance for young drivers. But wont touch you till your 19...

Glad I chose these mirrors over the horrible bike mirrors I bought. I think these look good whilst keeping the volume of the car down just enough.


Please note, not the registration of the car. Just some old plates we had hanging around. Black and silver plates do look good though, dont you think?

4 hours and the lot is out.

Also steam cleaned the bay out and the subframe. Both look pretty good
