Bigideas (Jean especially)

Please accept many thanks from my wife (Louisa) and I (James) for saving our day and our hoilday, without you and the help from a very friendly RAC bloke we would still be stuck on the hill outside morgan porth. we will re-imburse you very soon, (have only just got back). (minispares vouchers okay? do they do minispares vouchers? will find out)
the story:-
we left newquay on way to padstow for the rest of our weeks hoilday, (booked a small B&b), had to do a hill start in morgan porth,, alas the clutch release bearing decided to go/die/grenade etc.. thought that was the end of the hoilday until the RAC bloke challenged us with if you have the part we will fit here and now in the layby.. a few frantic phone calls later and we have made sure none of the auto stockists in the area had one,, but luckily with the help of a blackberry and a mobile phone (one in same thing actually) we located Jean,, who then located the part who then gave it to the RAC bloke who then fitted it to the car under my careful supervision.. success was short as 200 yards later the fuel pump fell off,, (this was easliy fixed with some cable ties but Louisa was now utterly unimpressed).. its all fun...
