We had a Shell near us with the same thing happening, Shell should be more picky about who they employ

Non-disclaimer: No they are not! Shell should be picky as my card has been done twice now, there staff suck and can't speak english, be careful of the silent staff that never speak, its because they dont know the lingo.....
Got a call from my bank asking about my recent uses as someone tried and failed.....
Friday (london me), Saturday Indonesia

what the hell! !
Use cash at petrol garages, if you aint got no cash then push your car to the next garage!

And I know (from a very well placed source!) of a scam involving 7 petrol stations near where I live - all to do with card fraud. Some had handheld terminals which they swiped your card in to take off the details..
Others had concealed cameras in the ceiling above the chip & pin machine!!
I pay cash everywhere these days apart from ASDA! I'd much rather go out of my way to take money out of the cash machine than risk having my card cloned and my hard-earned cash taken out of my account and into the pocket of some lowlife scum.

I had my credit card cloned at a petrol station once, they took £600-odd for some "charity" and loads of other stuff, luckily got it back though.

Your not even safe taking cash out an ATM at one point nearly everyone who used a cashpoint in Banbury had their details stolen and bank accounts raided. One of Banburys darker claims to fame, it's not all'Ride a *male chicken* Horse' there let me tell you!!
Edit *male chicken* for heaven sake it is the name of a nursery rhyme millions of parents read to children everyday! Is this political correctness gone mad?

Lets see what Shell have to say about it?????
PS - I stopped at a Service Station on the M1 the other day and the guy on the till could not speak English, not wanting to sound racist but how the hell can they employ someone who deals with customers all the time and who can't communicate???
PPS - just watching the National News about the MP's Expenses Scam and see that their all looking to pay their ill-gotten gains back, might be enough to clear the national debt???????? (more "Robbing Barstewards")

Anyhoo, I got home and wasn't too happy so I rang Barclays - they "blocked" the card and I was left feeling at ease. Anyway, the next day I got in touch with them regarding my new card, and they said I had withdrew £300 at one cash point, and another £300 somewhere else... I rang the fraud department and managed to get my money back (a bit longer than that)...
Stay clear of shell!
