I no im an idiot. Im droppung my licence off on monday and then i can apply for a new provisional str8 away. Then its an 8 weeks waiting list for a test and my theory needs to be done again. Hopefuuly back on the road for aug/sept

oh ben man unlucky mate, where abouts did u get caught? well its good that you can re apply for your licence straight away tho, i would h8 to to do my test again tho took me 7 attempts to pass mine! the examiners just looked at me and called me a chav/boy racer most times lol

Im not looking forward to it. Good chance to sort the car out though. Do you want them blue seats that other ben had? I bought them off him for 100 so you can have um for the same bcuz im getting rid of the other mini.

some mini driver you are it takes 15mins to get to higham and central minis where is you sense of adventure

yeah the central guy lives in cov but the meet in hinckly, so bit of a mission. and too lazy to drive to lemm,
im thinking of meeting at the varsity in warwick uni, because it a kool pub and massive car park.

Hmmm, Yeah you should come over to one of our meets one week then if it isnt that far!!!!
It is quite difficult for me to get over to higham of a week night because of work commitments, which i am sure that i am not the only person with this issue as it takes nearly half a hour for me to get to higham.
Also i agree with mark, we have a great sence of adventure, you should see what its like when the group all gets together with the club events / club outings ect, all the members will know what i mean. eh??? lol

Yeh and our meets are weekly not monthly so if we miss 1 its not a whole month to go without catching up with everyone. All of us think its a great idea and that there wasnt anything local for us. 10 +minis a week proves it

Haha, this poor guy is gunna think we are all ganging up on him now! lol
We are not, its jus that this is a great group of people that meet up ever week for a drink and a natter and maybe even a quick drive around, that is local to us on the far side of coventry!

Oh and ben, i feel sorry for ya mate! hope you get your licence back very very soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So there we go mr central. Update on my car done quick dodgy sand and spray so runs and *melon* every where, will redo when I get time. But should be in it on tuesday. Oh and can anyone line up a door cause I can't I think something is bent

You can put spacers/washers on the top or bottom hinge dependind where its catching or do what phil did and use a car jack to bend it back

yeah the varsity only ever gets full on thursday for the pound party, the landlords are sound and drinks are cheap. but where ever realydont mind. i just reakon pick a day and a pub and see what happens

i can do sunday evening work weekends though. say 7 ish

As I understand it, the CMOC meet is around that time on Sunday too. If we're going to get as many local people as possible, we probably want to avoid clashing with it given there seem to be a lot of CMOC members in Cov. I was certainly planning to make the effort to get out to Higham on the Hill and meet some more new people.

Monday maybe? Take advantage of the Bank Holiday?
