[Saxo-Fiesta-Mini]

mini sport, mini spares, arc angles, p&l mini, tdk racing and ABS motorsport all do fiberglass front ends

P&L, and Minisport are supplied by anyway - so go direct and cut out the middle man.

I hear great things about TDK value for money. Les at Custom minis also makes some very impressive front ends...

Thats an er... interesting design for a rear swinging arm you have there....

You realise that the full load of accelerating the car forward is going to be transmitted through that right???

i do not understand this expression "er... interesting" because i do not know so good English....


this is not finished and not weld
... the final arm will be like (not the same)
that..... and i believe that will hold the load......
i will fill the gap with solid metal and i will weld it like this one.... ......

I suppose if you add a gusset on the outer side of the two pipes welded together at a angle it should be OK. I'd never seen the Z cars version before - clearly thats strong enough.

for the plastic front end, to much money for shipping to Greece.... is big box......
180 (the parts) + 200 euro (shipping cost)..... i will think about.... maybe i will find some friends to order something else to filll the box and separate the cost....


@Rosslin if you want and is possible ask about the shipping cost your area for sending to greece..........(but i believe that will be the same....)

Can you give me the basic info on those shocks please ? Travel, compressed/extended length, coil spring rate, brand?

today i received the front coil over.......
nice part.......

and also all the rubber seals for the doors and windows.......

tomorrow i will work the mini and i think that we will finish the rear arms.....(difficult part with to much work)

i do not know this info..........

i told them which moter i will use (k7 or r1) and they send me this for rear
the front is a kit for mini "gaz...."

i will mesure the travel ect. and i will tell you...
and i will look the spring around to see if it write anythink

Thank ya much. If you could push the rubber bushing to the bottom of the shock, and measure how much of the chrome shaft is showing, as well as what the measurement is from the bolt hole from top to bottom of the shock body while it's fully extended, that would help out a lot.....
