Yes that's perfect if you do it with only one mini..
I own 6 mini's..my brother has got 5..and we don't want to ,drill-screw,weld or anything else on some..so i'll bolt it on the original frame mountings..
And the lightboard <that's it>..is on the original holes for the licenseplates..
As for the brake part..it's under 750 kilo..,the dutch regulations say: under 750kilo..no brake's necassery
And it's all one EUROPA right..so if i get a aproval in Holland it's no problem abroad.
As for this rules go<if not,as example: ..NONE off any UK mini with a exotic engine, like vtec, hayabusa etc. is allowed in Holland on public roads..because our law says..never made in serie by a decent manufacter,no approval..
You don't get it on the car's registration..
That's why Dutch people bring there own cars to the UK..put in a <Vtec etc.>get a dvla approval and licens..v5 says vtec mini then..bring it back over here and register it as a vtec mini..
IT has got a UK licence plate and v5 = roadlegal so Dutch law says: if it's roadlegal in the UK it's roadlegal overhere...
But the only thing the owner did was getting a UK license plate registration on the car..and brought it back..
That's the way to re-route the dutch laws..Overhere we've got to much rules..and so much they all don't make sense anymore. That's why tourists love Holland..<i presume everybody already knew.. :]>
The same is this..It's roadlegal overhere so everywhere in Europe..
iff not : SOMEBODY STOP ME....:]
