Right at the moment as seen below I have 165/70R12 tyres but the tyres are getting worn and starting to crack from the sun. So i need to get some new tyres I have a found a good price on some tyres but they are 145/70R12. Will they still fit my standard rover minilites, im guessing they will just look a tad thinner but still fit the rim?

They will fit but 145s give an harsh ride compared to 165s, handling wise you gonna lose grip.

As standard, the Rover Minilites were fitted with the 145/70 tyres... But fitting the 165s are known to improve handling and grip

I went into somerford today, and they have a set of steels with 4 really good yokos on 165/70/12 for £125, I was nearly tempted but I have just bought new tyres :D
