Worth buying just for the Spax hat! :D
I've yet to fit them as I've just bought another mini and the suspension is pretty good at the moment. The ride quality is meant to be a lot better but will still corner very well when properly set up. Plus they're adjustable in height and firmness. You may need to strengthen the mounting area though.

have you looked at protect alloy coil overs a lot lighter and a very very good set up a friend uses them and i have never driven anything like it. i have never seen any problems with the top rear mount with coil overs unless the car is rotten its fine.

Hi there, ive got gaz coilovers upfront and coil springs/adusta rides on back ,coliovers look great on the front and handling is great but not meant for bumpy roads, pot holes n drain covers are abit of a nightmare but once you get a nice road they ride n handle awsome.I went for coil springs on the back[mini tastic] fast road ones with gaz dampers and there really good might change the front over one day as i think they will give a better over all ride.hope this helps

Ive got the little coils, got them cheap of a lad on here as the work for coil overs scared my pockets too! Got the front fitted and they feel really nice, ive got the black ones (standard road i think) and the bumps are nice now and the handling is good! Havent got round to fitting the back as my flip front arrived! lol

Also i think huddersfield spares are cheaper for the mini coils?
