Maniflow Freeflow Manifolds?

i am planning on buying a 1275 stage 1 one from a local mini suppliers and the use a maniflow freeflow manifold insteaed of a budget LCB they say this is beacause it is better, what are you opinions on this?

i always thought they were reserved for 998,1100 engine ?
just thought id ask before i spent my money! cheers

1275's should have a good quality LCB

The 'Cooper freeflow' manifold was originally designed for small bore motors and is very well suited to them indeed. It's also a generally much better design - doing away with pesky Y pieces and seperate centre bores that don't seal up properly

I have noticed that Maniflow now do a larger bore freeflow manifold - not really sure what it's more suited to.
