there was a booted version too and they were much more commonplace here in the UK as you could actually special Order one of these from a ford dealer here in the UK

They were brought in from either Dearbourn or San Jose then sent to a engineering firm called "Holbeck Engineering" in surrey who moved the steering wheel from left to right then linked up the original left hand steering rack using a dirty great chain hosed in a "Non User Servicable Box" that was hidden behind the dash

they also made the Cobra II version like this


they also did a very hideous version called the "King Cobra" that looked like something that had been pimped by a mental patient

I checked on insurance and its only £260 Fully Comp for me opne the 5 ltr version
