is it easy to change everything over and what do you do about chassis numbers and all that

The list doesnt seem bad enough to warrant a reshell, if the repairs are done properly it would last as long as a new shell anyway. The swap over isn't too bad. You transfer your chassis number to the new shell and iirc you have some sort of vic test where you show a new shell has been used and all going well thats it.

As i said before get some pictures up, i cant see it costing £3k for the repairs to be done on your shell. With the reshell, you spend nearly £4k and then you have to get it painted etc. Although it will be completely rust free for now.

i will take some tomorrow for you first thing i just want a mini that is nice also i will probibly change the colour anyway i hate BRG

I'll second that.. nightmare colour for the home bodger, specially cause its metallic and needs the clear coat. A tiny repair turns into needing the clear coat the entire panel! Go for a flat colour and make your life easier for any future repairs!
