Cheers everyone. Good luck to you as well Adam!. Not really too worried if it doesn't make MITP if I'm honest, as I'd like to do some RWYB in the Astra with a 100 shot of nitrous anyways (if RWYB is on this year???).

Just a quicky - Now has working brakes, handbrake and clutch as of yesterday, and the main battery cables have been made up and fitted along with the front wiring loom. Hope to get most of the essentials up and running tomorrow, and aiming for a first start at the weekend.

* I've only got 46 days in that case, as the first 2 weeks in July are dedicated to Astra-ness :)

Yeah RWYB is on! I really want to take the Mini down, even though it'd be pityfully slow. I want a comparison for next year, when it shouldn't be so slow :).

Astra would be interesting to see! Going by your FB pics, you've done some nice work on it.

Progressing well sir :).

^ as above lmao. Ace if its on!. Would be nice to also set a benchmark, so I can see exactly how much difference twice the power and an ATB will make!.

Done a bit more today, not as much as I'd have liked though. Secondary fusebox is in, EDIS is all wired up, all the switches are where they should be. Also had to change the column as the steering lock didn't work. Passenger seat is mounted, MJ unit is ready to wire tomorrow and the throttle pedal / carb is al linked up.

Going shopping for a few bits tomorrow, fitting the exhaust and rad, and wiring up MJ. Hopefully ready to fire up last thing tomorrow or Sunday.
